At A Crafty Couple, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade items. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love your purchase.​

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition. Due to the handmade nature of our products:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

• Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective; however, you will be given the opportunity to approve or request edits beforea custom order is created.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items within 30 days of delivery. If you'd like a different item, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right by offering:​

• A replacement item

• Store credit

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process within 5-7 business days. 

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
